SHAEP
SHAEP is Sag Harbor Elementary School's Before and After School Care Program supervised by Sag Harbor staff members. Children enjoy outdoor play (weather permitting), get a start on their homework, play games and make crafts.
Program Details
- The SHAEP program will begin on Monday, September 8, 2025.
- Students in PreK through Grade 5 are eligible to attend everyday that school is in session.
- SHAEP for Grade K-5 is held at the Sag Harbor Elementary School and SHAEP for our PREK students is at the Learning Center.
- Morning SHAEP begins at 7:45am and operates until the children move to their classes. Afternoon SHAEP begins at dismissal and runs until 5:15pm.
Cost
- Each SHAEP session has a fee of $12.
- Morning SHAEP costs $12 per day. Afternoon SHAEP costs $12 per day.
- Families receiving Free/Reduced Lunch may be eligible for a reduced rate
Registration
- Families can register and sign up for SHAEP by visiting MySchoolBucks.
- All registration for SHAEP must happen by midnight of the day before your child will attend
